A bit about me…
Hello, I'm Monica, an award-winning, internationally published portrait photographer with over 15 years of professional experience. Though I haven't always defined myself as a wedding photographer, I've captured many love stories over the years, with my journey as an artist always evolving.
I discovered photography at nineteen and have been captivated by it ever since. I've exhibited in fine art exhibitions, won awards, and worked both internationally and across Sydney for major brand names.
I'm now living on a beautiful property in outer Sydney with my little family, surrounded by nature—the very place where I got married, and right next door to a wedding venue. Life guided me to Weddings by Monica, where I'm passionate about capturing love in all its forms, because that's what life is all about.
Throughout all of my work, one thing remains constant: the art of capturing human connection and storytelling.

My approach is simple: capture love authentically through gentle, artful storytelling—the philosophy that guides all my work.

Throughout your day, I'll allow all those natural moments to unfold whilst gently guiding you where needed, so you can feel at ease in front of the camera. I'll blend seamlessly into the background, capturing all the little intimate moments—as they often add up to be the big ones.
